Overview

Due to the confidential nature of this project, I can only share a few details.

I worked as part of a team that developed a series of healthcare service concepts for healthcare professionals and patients.

My primary role was to develop user experience concepts from research insights, and create wireframe designs.

Interaction design, Storyboarding, User research, Wireframes, Workshop facilitation

We conducted research with doctors, nurses and patients to generate opportunities.

We created storyboards to generate initial concepts.

I created wireframes for the different user experiences.

After the wireframes were developed visually, we created a series of prototypes.
